Where can I get screened for Chlamydia?

There are many places across Suffolk where you can get free Chlamydia screening, please check our screening sites list to find one that is nearest to you. We are adding to this list on a regular basis as we identify new screening sites.

Staff at the screening site will provide you with the form and swab or specimen pot and will ask you to complete the form and hand it in together with your specimen. This will be sent to the laboratory and you will receive your test result from the Chlamydia Screening Office. The screening site will not have your test result, if you haven't received your result within 10 days please contact the Chlamydia Screening Office on 01473 275228
